• What we hold: your name, email, delivery address, phone number, what you ordered and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
• Why: to deliver your order and handle returns (contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and to keep tax records (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)), kept for 6 years.
• Transfer to China: we pass your name, delivery address, phone number and order details to our supplier CJdropshipping (Shenzhen, China) so it can pack and post your order, and to the couriers it uses. China does not have a UK adequacy decision; we make this transfer because it is necessary to deliver the order you asked for (UK GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). We also keep a copy of the order details in our website's order log (Cloudflare) so we can place and track the order.
• This website: sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Cloudflare (our host) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
