Terms, delivery and returns

  1. Who we are. Rhinehart Beauty is a working name of Rhinehart Studio. The seller is Mr Rhinehart trading as Rhinehart Studio (sole trader, Scotland, UK). Address: Rhinehart Studio, 5 Redhall Avenue, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, AB30 1NW, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
  2. What this covers. Orders from this site (brushes, bags, pillowcases, jewellery cases, ice rollers, gua sha, sponges, cotton pads and gift sets of these).
  3. Price and delivery area. The price shown is the total price, including UK delivery and any VAT that applies. We deliver to UK addresses only.
  4. Contract and delivery. The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment. We place your order with our supplier within 1 working day; it is sent from the supplier's warehouse (in China), usually within 5–10 working days to UK addresses, and we email you tracking when it ships. To receive an order in time for Christmas, order by 5 December. If we can't deliver within 30 days, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
  5. Your right to cancel. If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected]. Send the items back unused within 14 days of telling us, to the UK return address we give you; you pay the cost of returning them. We'll refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you've sent them). We may reduce the refund if an item has been used or handled more than needed to check it.
  6. Hygiene items. Makeup sponges and reusable cotton pads are sealed for hygiene reasons. You can only return them if they are still unopened in their sealed packaging; once unsealed, the right to cancel no longer applies to those items (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(e)). The other items in a set can still be returned.
  7. Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, email us a photo and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.
  8. Use and pictures. These are tools and accessories for use with your own skincare and makeup. They are not medical devices or cosmetics, and we make no claims about results. Pictures on this site are illustrations, not product photos; props are not included.
  9. Law. Scots law applies, but if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
